Peek at my Week {first timer} Linky

This is like a never before rip the band aide off type post…
I have always been too intimidated to partake in this linky party because Deedee is one of those people that is so on top of her game…I mean seriously. You just don’t know until you meet her. I had the opportunity to meet her in Vegas and attend her sessions and I heart her. I haven’t been blogging for long, but every Sunday I kind of duck my head when I see this linky. I am organized but this is another level for me.
I am taking the plunge today and here are my plans.

I am pumped to use Kathleen’s ABC stations. I also saw her present at the “I Teach K” conference and she has got all sorts of great ideas for ABC stations. Most of my kiddos know their letters, so this will be a perfect opportunity to introduce them to the procedures of literacy stations.
Since I am starting literacy stations this week, math tubs will have to wait. I can only have mass confusion planned once a day. The planned confusion and the unplanned confusion usually find a way to merge the first two weeks of school.
Ok Deedee…you are inspiring me to get it together!
On a completely different topic, I am a “no reply blogger”!? What does that even mean? How do I fix it??
Help…

  1. What is your name of the day? Your plans look great!

  2. Do you get my emails in response to comments you leave on my blog? If you do, then you are not a no-reply blogger. If you have never got an email from me in response to a comment on my blog, then you are a no-reply blogger. I like to reply to my comments through email. Let me know and I can help you out! 🙂

Yeah for linking up! I don’t have my plans ready for the week yet. I am planning on linking up next week (unless I get my act together before my son’s next soccer game today 😉

Have a great rest of your weekend.

  3. I love that you and Deedee put the pictures of the activity you are using in your lesson plans. That would be very helpful to look at the next year to help you remember which activity it was!

  4. Oh my, these look great. Now I shamefully hang my head! LOL
I have no idea about that whole no-reply thing. I get emails from Amanda when she replies to a comment. I think…. So I guess mine is right??

    • You must not have been kicked in to the “no reply blogosphere” yet. I got a girl helping me figure it out. Just another techy thing haha 🙂 Hope you have a great week! Are you back yet?

  5. You ROCKED it girl! These look amazing! I am so glad I could be part of the bandage removal! Ha!

Thank you for linking up! See you next week? Yes? YES!

  6. Elizabeth- I think I am a no reply blogger, too. BOOHOO. What did you do to fix it? Can you email me? ckisloski@hotmail.com (Since I won’t get a reply to this… duh) Your plans are AWESOME. You should be so proud of them- oh my goodness! Deedee would be SUPER PROUD of you! 😉

  8. Your plans look great! Maybe…just maybe sometime this year I’ll get myself together (and get enough confidence) and be able to post to this linky! Way to rip that bandaid off girl!! 🙂

  9. LOVE Mrs. Wishy Washy…been using her for 20 years! (I’m old!) I wishy I could get my hands on another big book since mine is wearing out…can’t find one for less than $70. Got any ideas?
    Your plans look great! Jayne
