Five for Friday!

1. It’s amazing what a 3-day work week will do to a girl. I actually didn’t feel like I had to crawl to Friday this week.

It was a weird week though. I was really ready to get back.

Snow in March?

Plu-eeezzzz. Let’s just get on with the actual season it’s supposed to be!

But, I did get to sleep in for two extra days {insert air heel click} and any excuse to pull this picture back out of the ol’ hat is a good day.

It’s still funny…

2. My camera came in!

And I’m a little scared of it. 

There are a lot of buttons and ways to break it. So we are like oil and water.

I spent the better part of my snow days walking around taking pictures of candles, flowers, and my dog. She lasted for about four good seconds, then it was back to flowers and candles. I am going to start a portfolio for her and her glamour shots.

3. Even though the snow made up shuffle some things around, I wasn’t about to cancel “Thing Thursday”.

There were tutus involved…

I also had my  unannounced  observation. Really, what else should a Kindergarten teacher be wearing other than a tutu during a math lesson observation?

4. My sweet friend had her baby this week! I got to snuggle up with her last night and I think someone {thumbs facing me} is catching a slight baby itch. I caught those sweet cheeks mid-yawn and then she sneezed. It was just too exciting to put in to words 🙂 

5. Lastly, I have been having a giveaway happening this week for my newest math unit and we have a winner!
