I am beyond excited that I am writing my first post on my new web-site! I am so thankful to Tracy at Social Strand for helping me set everything up.
She is a master tech magician!
We are still working on some kinks here and there. If you see something that looks off…give me a couple of days to fix it. If it’s still there, tell me so I can send a frantic e-mail to Tracy 🙂
One little kink we weren’t able to fix was transferring followers. If you want to stay a follower, you gotta re-fellow. Just click the little Bloglovin’ Owl.
I know this is late, but here is a peek at my week!
My lesson plans got their final stamp of approval today after school. I was a little behind.
Don’t judge.
We are learning about Five Senses, Community Helpers, Shapes, Positional Words and Farms. The shared reading this week is “The Farm Concert” and I have a new farm unit that I’m pretty excited about. I’ll be sure to up-load pictures of all the activities. It should be up in my shop by the end of the week.
Watch for some freebies!
I am beyond excited about the students presenting their first ever Oral Presentation this Wednesday. They are always so cute and a bit of a mess…which is the way they should be. There is so much growth that happens between the first presentation in September and the last one in May. I typically boohoo at the end of the year.Usually, I do presentations about family first but this year I had to change it around a little this year.
The fire truck is also coming on Wednesday so you know that will be a wild day!
Again, welcome to the new Kickin’ it in Kindergarten!
Looks great!!!! 🙂
So proud of you Elizabeth! Never learned as much from a mentoree as I have you. You are excellent in learning and applying!:)
