Parent letter to send home to parents- both for 100 Book Marathon and 50 Book Marathon. You can pick which one you would like to challenge your readers with!
***If you are going to use a medal as a reward, send home the first letter. If you are going to use the certificate as an award, send home the second parent letter***
Score Sheet Logs- both for 100 and 50 Book Marathon. Parent or students will write in the title of the book on each line.
Book Challenge progress chart- Use these charts (either for 100 or 50 book marathon) as a visual for students that are working on their goal to reach either 100 or 50 Books. As students reach either every 10 (for the 100 Books) or every 5 (for 50 Books) use a sticker to track their progress so they know how close they are to reaching their goal!
100 or 50 Book Poster – If you have a Poster Maker at your school, you can blow these posters up to take a picture of students in front of it. I like to laminate it and let the students sign their name on it. You can also print it off and laminate it and let students hold it up and take their picture.
100 or 50 Book Certificate – If you can’t get the medals for students, you can present them with the half page certificate with the glitter fun letters!
