I am late getting this posted! This is a week that is dedicated to learning and talking about different holidays around the world. My K team does an “around the world” day where each classroom represents a different county. I know there are a lot of other classrooms out there that do the same thing and I think it’s important to show kids how people celebrate holidays all over the world. It also brings awareness to other cultures and brings great discussions to the classroom.
You know how I am about my bookshelf…gotta have it right before I leave on Friday!

I totally have book envy! I love all the books you have for all the holidays! Your bookshelf always looks amazing! We do Holidays around the World as well! Each teacher is a country and Kinders rotate to one classroom each day for a week! Have a great week!
