Sorry about the no post for however many days it’s been.
A 3 day weekend just really does wonders for the soul. I finished a unit, went to yoga, finally watched Frozen, volunteered in the nursery AND attended church {that was a first..both never happens}, went to lunch with my family {twice…holla} and got all of my laundry done.
How can we make this 4 day week thing happen every week?
I hope you had a wonderful Easter with your loved ones. I did. That would be why you didn’t see any plans yesterday or any posts for the past couple of days. We went to Bruce Springsteen and Nickel Creek this weekend…forgot to add that to the list. I just have been rockin’ out so there has been no computer time. I’m not sorry about it either.
Obviously, this picture was from the Bruce concert because I’m wearing my rockstar leather jacket.
This one was from our amazing seats at the Nickel Creek concert. We were in the nosebleed. If you have been in The Ryman, you know that it is tough to have bad seats.
Somehow, we managed to have bad seats.
A guys and his wife came up to us and said they were “with the band” and asked if we wanted to sit closer.
I didn’t think stuff like that happened in real life, but I’m living proof that it does. People don’t suck all the time…which is kind of refreshing 🙂
Is that too aggressive?
Sorry…
I wanted to just take a picture of the front cover of the units that we were going to be working on this week, but I don’t think my principal would be in favor of my idea.
So here are the plans for the week.Â
On Thursday, we are going to be making the Plant Pals. I thought that the idea was so cute. Another K teacher did it last year during her Spring party. How cute is this idea?
I just looked at the calendar this morning and had a slight panic attack when I realized next week would already be the beginning of May. That’s why plants and Earth Day will tie in together so nicely this week 🙂
Tomorrow, we are going to be making these necklaces from my Love The Earth {Earth Day Unit}.
Happy Monday!
I have to tell you that I found you through another blogger, but committed to following you on blog lovin, because you said, “Holla.” Lol! I say that all the time and my kinders think it is hilarious. Newest follower! Love your freebie (that I unfortunately didn’t discover until AFTER Earth Day but will use next year!). Love your blog!
