November Currently and Needing Prayers

Slide1

Well dang, that went fast. How is it already November? I am working on November units and I promise to have them done earlier than the week of :-p Sorry October…maybe November will be the month of cramming it all in…ha {let’s get real}.Β The weeks are inching by but the year is flying by. Weird how that happens. Here is my currently this month. I have been MIA for a good reason this week. Relating to my need…my Mother-In-Law had quadruple bypass surgery yesterday. She called us on Tuesday night and said she thought she was having a heart attack. We called an ambulance for her and she ended up in the E.R. having her second heart attack. She went in for surgery yesterday morning and it was worse than what they had thought. If you could send up a prayer for a speedy recovery, hubs and I would greatly appreciate it. Also, please take care of yourself <3 I am so thankful and loving my hubby a little extra this week. He is the most loving and caring son and husband. Just giving him extra squeezes this week for being the M.A.N.

Is it too early to be wishing for the week long Thanksgiving Break we have this year? {20 days…not like I’m counting or anything} I was actually already looking forward to Christmas Break because I forgot about the week long break we have this year for Thanksgiving. It’s usually only 3 days but it’s a blissful 7 this go ’round.

Still on the topic of loving my hubby, he has Pinterest. You should follow him because he pins the most amazzinnngggg food. Not only is he the best, but he cooks ladies. And by cooks, I mean looks like he’s a spice magician every night when I get home from work. There is always something sizzling and it usually looks like the spice rack exploded when he’s done.

I am always the cleaner/dishwasher.

Here is a sweet potato recipe that he makes all the time. I eat it like candy. Maybe for the kids {or me} for Thanksgiving in place of sweet potato casserole? I think I am going to head to the store and pick up some sweet potatoes right now.
